Where do I pick up my tickets?

Time Warp App

• Download the Time Warp app on the App Store and Google Play Store.

​

• The app will serve as your best friend during your Time-Warp weekend:  view  site  maps, get info on our food and beverage locations on-site, pre-order food, request shuttles and walking escorts.

What should I pack for Time Warp?

• Sunglasses

• Comfy shoes!

• Sunscreen (with Copper Tone SPF stations on site for reapplying layers)

• Comfy shoes

• A refillable water bottle (not glass and empty upon entry) to be refilled by Reverb tents

• Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes 

What is NOT allowed at Time Warp?

• You will not be allowed to bring in opened beverages or food containers. We’ve got plenty of food on-site from our vendors and local restaurants!

• Flammables (fireworks, road flares etc.)

• Weapons of any kind

• Large bags (bags that are standard backpack size and larger) 

Security at Time Warp

• Security personnel will be stationed around the festival site (White Claw Beach Stage, Borgata Festival Park, the beach camping area, at shuttle drop-off and pick-up sites, parking lots, and at each entrance).

• The Walking Escort Program is available from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. each night. Open your Time Warp app and on the front page choose “request a Time Warp Traveler”

• Walking escorts are available at any area on festival grounds and parking areas.  They will accompany  festival-goers to locations within 0.5 miles of entrances 

​​

Screening

• At each entrance, you will be screened for inappropriate items.

​

• Before parking at any Time Warp affiliated lot, your vehicle will be screened. 

​

• Any car with a Time Warp tag (which is required) will be screened before parking.

Medical Assistance

• There will be multiple medical tents throughout the Time Warp grounds. Each tent will be home to emergency medical staff and a counselor for the 3 days of Time Warp.

• If you need assistance, visit one of the tents, notify a nearby security guard, or click the “+” on the Time Warp app.

Accessibility

• The Accessible Parking areas are close to the entrances and are reserved for people with mobility disabilities. A state-issued tag, along with your parking pass grants you access to these areas.
